Recipe makes 2 tablespoons
If you don’t like it spicy use
less, cayenne pepper, black pepper and red pepper flakes but remember it does
change the taste.
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon red
pepper flakes, to taste
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano (I grind it up but that
is optional)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or
to taste
